CANCELLATION SERVICE FEE

As a Travel Agent of Must Take Time 2 Travel, I strive to serve my clients with the best possible vacation, trips or getaways. I invest my time in helping you plan and execute your trip seamlessly. I am your personal assistant. My goal is to give each client exceptional customer service. Therefore I have a $125.00 non-refundable Cancellation Service Fee for each individual room/cabin booked. This fee is separate from Travelers Insurance offered by the vendor.

With my fee, you may receive an email receipt from PAYPAL listing a payment to Outside Agents. You will only receive an email if you have an email account set up with PAYPAL. Your credit card statement will appear as PAYPAL TRAVEL AGENT.

**PLEASE NOTE THIS ABOVE FEE WILL ONLY APPLY IF CANCELED BEFORE THE CRUISE.**

For Your Cruise Deposits

You will receive a full refund of your cruise deposits from the cruise line if you decide to cancel your cruise for any reason by January 15, 2026. However, my Cancellation Servce Fee wll then be imposed.

If canceled after January 15, 2026 you are also subjected to penalties administered by the cruise line.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase through the cruise line or Travel Insurance vendors. This will help to protect you doing your vacation.

I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance on the day of final payment.

This insurance is non refundable after the 10th day of purchase.
